clear picture of character fitness for the job. Ideal and
good scores are in the center box. Fair and poor scores are
outside the box. Includes optional total norm rating and a
reference page. The person can be compared to a standard or
custom norm. |

| Basic Graph: The Basic
Graph is our lowest priced report option, yet is similar in
appearance to our Norm Comparison Graph. Unlike the
Norm Comparison Graph, however, The Basic Graph does not provide
the standard (STD) scores on the left-hand column of the page.
The person is compared to our Good Worker standard norm. |
